Senna Research: founder teardown, before and after

Senna Research was already selling. The storefront was not helping the sale.

The live site leads with a price slogan, then drops every compound into one grid of identical vials. There is no research-area path, no featured set, and no reason to trust the lot on the homepage.

We rebuilt the storefront around how a research buyer actually decides: category, documentation, and a short featured set — then the full index.

Hero

A price-first slogan that dumps into All Products becomes a verified-access lab brand: documented lots, search, and a way in.

Before screenshot
  • The loudest line is still a price slogan: “You pay for peptides. Not our marketing.”
  • Nav is Home / All Products / Contact — no research areas, no COAs, no access path.
  • One vial, one claim, then the catalog starts immediately underneath.

  • The claim is operational: research materials, documented lot by lot.
  • Restricted supply and research-use sit above the fold, before anyone sees a cart.
  • Search and Look up a COA are the actions. Compounds, COAs, Compliance, and Request Access sit in the chrome.

Catalog

One flat grid of 66 identical vials becomes five research categories and a curated featured set.

Before screenshot
  • One heading: All Products.
  • 66 cards, the same vial photograph, the same cart button.
  • No research-area grouping. Price is the only difference between tiles.

After screenshot
  • Five research categories, each naming the compounds inside.
  • Tissue & Repair is featured; Metabolic, Cognitive & Neuro, Cellular Signaling, and Longevity sit as a set.
  • Featured compounds is a curated six. The full index is a destination, not the homepage.
